Close to the heart of Playa
The location couldn't be better! Just a stone's throw from the beach and local dining spots. Plus, the rooftop pool offered a serene escape during my afternoons.
Unfortunately, the noise from the vibrant nightlife was disruptive, which made getting a restful night’s sleep quite challenging—ear plugs are a must here.

Room maintenance needs attention!!! Hot water inconsistencies are frustrating, and it would help if the plants on the balcony received some water. Additionally, flexibility with early luggage storage would greatly enhance the experience!!!

The suite provided a stunning sea view that made mornings feel special. Location was unbeatable, just a couple of blocks from the bus station and nearby dining spots. However, the window coverings did little to muffle outside noise, so ear plugs were necessary for a good night's rest. While the cleanliness in common areas was commendable, the bathroom sink needed attention. The rooftop with a clean pool was a delightful escape, making for a cozy time despite some minor inconveniences.

The suite was awesome with a comfy bed, private bathroom, and flat-screen TV. Loved the a/c too. The balcony was a nice touch for some fresh air. The kids' pool looked fun, and the sun loungers were great for relaxing. The warm blanket and towels were handy for a cozy stay.

The location is fantastic, just a block away from the bus station and two blocks from the Cozumel ferry! The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, especially the check-in team. They provide towels, soap, and even warm blankets for a cozy stay. The roof area and pool were clean and cute, making it a lovely spot to relax without any crowds.
Some maintenance needed in the room.
